Fees
Interior design costs can vary widely depending on the scope of your project. From a single-room refresh to a complete home renovation, every brief is unique — and so is the investment required.
At Nicola Holden Designs, we believe in being completely transparent about our pricing. We work on a fixed design fee basis, alongside a fixed procurement margin of 15% for sourcing furniture, fixtures and finishes (FF&E). This ensures you always have clarity on costs, with no hidden surprises, and full visibility of the suppliers we work with.
