Our Interior Design Process
1. Initial Design Consultation

Together, we’ll create a clear brief that forms the foundation of the project. Once the design agreement is signed, we arrange a site survey to test feasibility and establish a working budget. From the outset, our four pillars shape how we think about your project.
2. Design Concept
This is where ideas start to come alive. We interrogate the practicalities of your floor plan while exploring ways to weave in colour that supports mood, natural elements that connect you to wellbeing, and joyful details that bring warmth and energy to your everyday life. It’s a collaborative process — we’ll share concepts, refine them together, and test different approaches until we find the perfect fit. The result is a design vision that feels authentic, uplifting, and deeply personal.
3. Detailed Design
At this stage, the concept becomes a working plan. We prepare detailed drawings and layouts covering everything from lighting and joinery to kitchen and bathroom design. Where relevant, we incorporate sustainable materials and eco-conscious solutions, ensuring your home is not only beautiful but also kind to the planet. If needed, we handle building regulation approvals and produce specifications for tendering. Contractors are carefully selected for their craftsmanship and alignment with our ethos.
4. Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E)
We develop a comprehensive schedule of everything needed to bring your interiors to life — from finishes and materials to joinery, furniture, lighting, window treatments, and accessories. Where possible, we reuse existing pieces or source from ethical makers. We focus on tactile, natural materials that feel good to live with and stand the test of time. Transparency is key: we maintain a live, fully costed schedule that you can review and approve at every step. Early focus is placed on hard finishes and built-in elements so these can be integrated into the construction process.
5. Procurement & Installation
We draw on our trusted network of craftspeople, upholsterers, and suppliers to source and deliver every item. Working closely with the construction team, we manage a detailed procurement schedule so that everything arrives on time. We oversee the installation, unpacking, positioning, and final styling, visiting the site regularly to ensure the design is being faithfully implemented. By this stage, the four pillars are tangible — the right colours, natural textures, joyful patterns, and sustainable choices come together in harmony. Full project management is also available if required.
6. Handover
The final stage is about polish and perfection. Once the space is ready, our cleaning team ensures everything is immaculate. We check every detail, so that when you walk through the door, your home is complete — serene yet vibrant, practical yet joyful, and designed to support your wellbeing for years to come.
